乍暖還寒

春節未到，稍為十度左右數天，天氣又回暖到日間約二十度，晚間稍涼，溫差較大……

不太正常的天氣令很多人不能適應、 “中招”、著涼、外感，地鐵巴士裡不小人 咳嗽噴嚏……藥物供應商也反映這數天診所訂藥急增…

…似也有一些猝死的案例…

大自然氣候的變化與嚴苛似是對人身體健康的不斷考驗，只有持盈保泰，保持著身心狀態健康的人才能不斷順利通過考驗……



這也是中醫所講究 “治未病” 的內涵……
